Every effort has been made to give an accurate description of the items for sale. Due to the nature of digital photography and the difference in monitors there may be a slight difference in colours.

Returns policy, none faulty goods

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 7 working days in which to let me know that you wish to return the goods. Please return the goods to me with the invoice and in the original packaging with seal being intact. This must be done within 14 days and I will refund monies by whatever method payment was made. You will be responsible for the return postage. Please note if items have been custom made you are not entitled to return the goods unless they are faulty.

In the unlikley event that the goods are faulty please advise me as soon as possible and we will make arrangements to have the goods returned. Depending on the fault I will either repair, refund or offer a credit note, it is up to you which option you choose. In this case if the goods are proven to be faulty I will also refund the postage.

Delivery

Postage is via Royal Mail. Orders will usually be despatched within 2 working days, if for any reason this is not possible we will inform you of the delay.

Delivery charges to the UK are £2.00 per order and £0.70 for gift vouchers.

Payment

Secure payment is via Paypal though you do not need a Paypal account, you may also choose Google checkout. You can pay by debit or credit card. If you would prefer to pay by cheque, contact me with details of the items you wish to order and I will send further details.

Privacy

Argent Designs does not store or share your personal information. The only information we collect is your name, address and email for the purpose of postage or if we need to contact you regarding your order.

We do not collect any credit/debit card information. This is collected securely by our payment providers.
